In this episode, Tony Castillo, an elite nutrition expert, specializing in sports nutrition and optimizing athletes to boost their performance through nutrition, brings the energy and knowledge as he talks about hydrating for soccer performance.

Tony’s background in dietetics led him to work with major league baseball teams such as the Toronto Blue Jays and the University of Florida, but his journey started in middle school as an overweight student and continued into high school until he jumped onto a “diet,” resulting in unsustainable weight loss.

Today, Tony is on a mission to teach athletes about the significance of healthy lifestyle modifications that can optimize performance on and off the field.
